The Donut Factory is AMAZING. The breakfast sandwich was cooked to order and tasted extremely fresh. I am not a huge donut fan, however I decided to try one! When is Rome, right? The donut was the perfect amount of sweet and the strawberry crunch was my favorite part! I also had a black berry tea which was one of the best teas I've ever had. If you're in the area and looking for a sweet or savory breakfast, this is the place to go!!

All of the employees are always so happy and courteous. I have seen them deal with very difficult customers and they handle everyone with grace and kindness. Everything is always delicious and beautifully made.

I love the donut factory. Their donuts are good, but I'm obsessed with their flavored xfactors. I try to go every Friday! Def a place worth trying!

The food here is outstanding just a little pricey.... The restaurant was clean and well kept. Our server was sub-par and I had to keep repeating which donuts we wanted and she still managed to give us a wrong doughnut. My daughter was very disappointed that she didn't get the doughnut she chose so check your orders before you leave or you'll regret it like I did. The calzones with chourico and cassoila meat were top notch delicious and highly recommended.... I gave it 4 stars because of the service and that their prices are ridiculously high..

Let me just say, oh my goodness! Everything that I have gotten from there is sooo good! I've gotten donuts, linguica rolls and an " X Factor" drink. Yum, yum, and yum! The linguica rolls are MONSTEROUS in size. The prices are a bit high, though, but definitely worth the money. I have been in there twice and I think my main complaint is that the music is way too loud. I felt like I had to almost yell to place my order to the person on the other side of the counter, which is less than 3' away .. they really could turn it down a little. But anyway, yummy foods for sure.

Much better than going to Dunkin' donuts, but service is usually a little slow. Reese's Cappuccino is my favorite

I saw the picture of the Turkey Dinner Savory Muffin on Facebook and we stopped in to give it a try. It was tasty and we liked it. A couple of things would have made it better though. We thought the muffin paper cup should be removed from the muffin before adding the stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy. Also, Abner and I thought there wasn't enough gravy and it got a little dry. We asked for more gravy and it was not a problem getting more. Suggest giving a little extra gravy in the little container with every order. We didn't try any donuts today. Next time.
